Do you want to work for a growing technology company whose products are used by customers worldwide? EASY is now looking for six new employees for its production facility in Kalix. The company is relatively new, currently has six employees, and is in a strong growth phase. To meet increasing demand from international customers, the organization is now being strengthened with six additional production operators.

About the job

EASY (EA Systems Yield AB) manufactures electronic components that are part of advanced equipment for water metering. The products are used globally, and the operations are characterized by high quality, precision, and technical development. The company operates in modern and spacious premises in central Kalix, where you will have the opportunity to influence and develop alongside the company's continued expansion.

As a Production Operator, you will work with soldering and ultrasonic cleaning of components used in electronic equipment. The role also includes quality control, product handling, and packing. You will work according to clear instructions and play a key role in ensuring the company's high quality standards are met.

The positions start on July 27, 2026, and are full-time, Monday to Friday, 07:00–16:00. The assignment is planned to last for at least 12 months, with good opportunities for extension. Recruitment is handled by OnePartnerGroup on behalf of EASY in Kalix. As an employee, you will become part of EASY's production team and work under the company's daily management.

Your qualifications

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, responsible, and enjoys practical work where precision and quality are key. You should have good manual dexterity, be able to work focused even on repetitive tasks, and appreciate collaboration with others. You must be at least 18 years old and proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written. Experience from production, assembly, electronics, or other practical work is meritorious but not required, as training is provided on-site.
